Preparations: All the products, tools, blind plates, fastening bolts, limit bolts, limit earboards, press, rulers and record books needed are ready.

Installing blind plate: Install the blind plate without air nozzle through bolts, install the limit ear plate equally together, and tighten the bolts diagonally step by step.

Irrigation: Place one-sided blind plate flat after filling, and fill the inner diameter of the product until it is full.

Installation of blind plate: Install the blind plate with air nozzle through bolts, and install the limit ear plate equally together. It is necessary to ensure that both sides of the limit ear plate holes are concentric, and the bolts should be tightened diagonally step by step.

Pipeline: Lock the intake pipe on the air nozzle.

Installation Limit: Stand up the product and install the limit pull rod. If you test 25kg, you must adjust the limit nut to the natural length of the product. If you test 16kg, you can adjust the limit nut to the allowable elongation of the instruction. Note: the nuts on both sides of the limit must use twin nuts.

Push: Turn on the water inlet switch and press slowly.

Pressure retention: Turn off the water inlet switch when the pressure reaches the test pressure and hold the pressure for 30 minutes.

Drainage: Open the drainage switch to drain the water pressure in the product slowly.

Disassembly Limit: Remove the Limit Screw.

Dismantling water pipe: Remove water pipe joint.

Disassemble the blind plate: Place the product flat and remove the blind plate with air nozzle first.

Clean water: Clean up the inner diameter of the product.

Remove blind board: Remove another blind board.

Decomposition product: If it is a rubber joint, remove the rubber tube and flange, and put back the special flange for pressure test.

Tool Location: Return all tools to their original position and process the tested products.
